We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know—we’re happy to help.
We offer exchanges on your ordered items for a different product or store credit. Please review the details below:
Exchange Eligibility

Products, including dress material and jewellery, can be exchanged for another product or store credit.

Direct refunds are not offered
Condition of Items for Exchange

Items must be unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Items returned damaged, used, or soiled may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

If your product is delivered without tags, please notify our customer care immediately.
Packaging

Please include any designer packaging (pouches, boxes, etc.) that came with your dress material or jewellery when making an exchange.
Special Considerations for Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, jewellery exchanges are generally not accepted.

Exceptions: If your jewellery is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, we will accept an exchange.

Please inspect jewellery upon arrival and inform us immediately if there is an issue.
When Returns for Exchange are Accepted
You may request an exchange if:

The merchandise is not received in good condition.

The merchandise is damaged or defective.

The merchandise delivered is different from what you ordered.
➡️ In such cases, items must be returned unused, in the same condition, with original packaging and tags, within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Discounted merchandise may not be eligible for exchange (please check specific sale terms).
How to Request an Exchange

We may arrange a pick-up (if available in your location), or request you to self-ship.
Step 3: Securely pack your item (preferably in the original packaging) and send it to the address provided in our confirmation email.
